As we approach the end of an incredible year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the amazing growth and connections we’ve made together. November will be our last month of events for 2024, as Ventura County Business Women will be taking it’s annual community break in December to recharge and prepare for an exciting 2025.
But that doesn’t mean the community will be quiet in December! This year, we’re dedicating our platforms to highlight YOU—our community members who are hosting personal and professional development events, networking opportunities, and empowerment sessions for local women.
Want your event featured?
We’re inviting you to collaborate with us and promote your event to our community of over 5,000 members in our Facebook group. Here’s how it works:
Event Creation: We’ll create an event in the VCBW Facebook group and send invites to up to 500 local women.
Co-Host Feature: If you're a member of the group, we’ll list you as a co-host for the event, increasing your visibility.
Website Promotion: Your event will be featured on our website, driving additional traffic and exposure throughout December.
Fee:
$50 for Non-Members
$35 for Ecosystem Members
No fees are due until your application is accepted, and we will ensure it aligns with our community focus.
To be considered, submit your event details through our application form by November 15th. This gives us time to ensure everything is aligned and ready to be promoted to our community in December.

We are proud to serve over 5,200 local businesswomen, fostering personal and professional development across Ventura County. Our members are based in Carpinteria, Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Newbury, Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Santa Paula. Our members range in age, predominantly between 25 and 44, reflecting a dynamic mix of youthful energy and wise expertise.
